a Month in Cibitung
Cibitung is one of regency in Bekasi city. This town arounded many factories such as PT. Coca Cola, Sosro, Suzuki, PT. Adhimix Precast Indonesia and soon.

8 april 2013 is first time I live in this town. I and my MT mate live at Taman Aster. The boys stay on first floor and the girls on second floor. My MT mates are friends that join in the same company, consist of 10 man and 3 women (include me). The weather in cibitung is so hot and dry, because many polution that producted form factories. So, half of us were get sick, such like flu, iritation eyes, fever until measles.

Not all of our graduates majoring in civil engineering, such as Fauzan graduates majoring in Psikologi, Prima graduates majoring in mechanical engineering, Mas adi graduates majoring in Electrical Engineering, and Rudi graduates majoring in Accounting. Who take engineering majors take training for 1 month while the others only 2 weeks. Usually, there are always 1 or 2 person who act ‘crazy’ than from others. They are Fauzan ‘ojan’ and prima. We call them as ‘kompor 1’ and ‘kompor 2’. And the victims are going to me, mas adi or mas dodik. i really miss that moment, guys J
First time we going to the office early at 7.15 a.m. We went by minibus (elf) in twice time and it takes 10 minutes. Actually, there were a path but it reach 20 minutes to the office. But past 3rd or 4th day, we went to the office at 7.45 hihihi. Occasionally before starting activity in Plat precast Jakarta, all staff and employees held a briefing for 30 minutes in order to evaluate the work that has been done, give direction to the work to be done and give encouragement to the workers.

during a month in cibitung, we have learned many things about concrete. beginning of the term concrete itself to the process in batching plant. Training about concrete in our company is called PUSBANGTEK. There are 5 person who teach us, Pak Puguh, Pak Yuliadi, Pak Agus Salim, Mas Rofiq Imron, Mas Veronico Ramadhan. I really admire them because they are know all of the things related to concrete, from definity concrete, quality specification concrete, concrete testing in laboratorium, how to pick, save, and keep the materials and the process of making readymix and precast for example: girder, CCSP, spun pile, box girder and soon.

Usually after have a lunch, we were praying in the mosque and then take a break for minutes. And before going to the batching plant, we took a pict for a while hihi. We are come from universtiy sebelas march and we are on same grade. The boy one which from the same university is Arief, usually we call him is pehok.
During 2 weeks, we learn about concrete and 2 week later, we separated to 2 groups. 1st group observe spun pile’s perfomance and 2nd group observe CCSP’s perfomance. Furthermore, indirectly we were assigned to study what has been obtained in the theory. We act such as field supervisors hihihi. CCSP is one type of sheet pile that attracted many of the types of flat sheet pile. Many consumers who prefer products CCSP compared with pile which have a square. This is because the CCSP has several advantages over square pile, one of which is able to withstand moments CCSP crack bigger than a square pile, but for vertical loads, square pile can withstand greater loads than the CCSP.

Spun pile is one of the piles. in the manufacturing process, readymix in the cast later in vibration for 14 minutes. The advantages of spun pile are highly effective in resisting bending moment and axial stress and the pile resist axial compressive stress because of the high compressive strength of concrete.

One of the silliness that occurred in our rent is on the 2nd floor was flooded. That time we were having dinner outside, suddenly there were heavy rain. After arrive at home, we scream so ludly. But, the boys are not care, they are so innocent. But, in 3rd scream the boys were goin to 2nd floor . Do you know how they act and say? They were laughing a lot, and they were think we kidding about that flood. Water had entered the room and living room on the 2nd floor. Its because, floor drains in the incompressible. Nearly, half of our clothes are wet, and we work together to clean.

For refreshing our mind, we would like to watching movie in cinema or just singing. Prima as ‘kompor 1’ is very like about iron man, he has collect every iron man’s comic. He invite us to watch movie at cinema. But, only 5 person include me that has been watched the movie. Beside that, we like goin to singing. There were twice times we go to “singing place” (in Indonesia called as tempat karoke hahaha). It’s so fun when we were sang songs together.

8 may 2013 is last day we live in cibitung. One of staff HRD, Mbak Putri come and she was announced our placement. I, mei, arief, mas dodik, fauzan and ferri already have placed to another plant since January. Mas medi and nana are placed to DCA Precast Indonesia, Mas adi is placed to PT. Abadi Prima Intikarya (subsidiary of PT. Adhimix Precast Indonesia), Prima is place to developing sistem in head office, Mas ganni is placed to Plant Readymix Bandung, Mas Iqbal Tawakal is placed to Plant precast Surabaya.
